So, mullet has become the word we use as a word of warning if anyone lets one slip… (thanks to Guber), but in this post I refer to mullet in terms of hair styling… Yes, mullets are back! Well they are on the 2011/12 Oasis Africa Overland trip anyways…
Guber was the first to get one (from Zach, our truck hairdresser) on Christmas Day in Bamako,
closely followed by Josh in Bobo.
Everyone else has been dared to get one (including myself) but no-one else seems keen strangely enough…
Those are mohawks, not mullets!! Mullet is short on the top and sides and long in the back, hence the saying 'business in the front, party in the back'. But love it regardless!
